    Inn at Bay Harbor is a Marriott Autograph Collection Hotel nestled on the shoreline of Lake Michigan. It is a place and experience that is Exactly Like Nothing Else.


    The Food and Beverage Purchasing Assistant will be responsible for assisting the purchasing manager in ordering food and beverage, recording and tracking inventories, daily stocking, oversight of deliveries, and product storage.


    - Check storage areas for inventory of food and beverage and order product when needed
    - Deliver food and beverage to the correct storage facility or dining operation
    - Help maintain organization of the beverage storage facility and rotating stock to the correct area
    - Assist in recording monthly inventories of food and beverage using our inventory system
    - Updating pricing of all products as received and recorded on invoices
    - Organize bottle return area by distributor
    - Compare pricing of products from various vendors to ensure the cost effectiveness while maintaining quality of items purchased


    - Attention to detail
    - Ability to lift 50 lbs
    - Must have knowledge of Microsoft Excel
    - Must possess time management and organizational skills
    - Be a positive team player who is willing to learn
