We are in serach for our next round of Sous Chef Apprentices. You can start your employment now, with classes starting early 2021 winter! Previous experience with Boyne Highlands qualifies towards the hour requirement involved with the Apprenticeship program. We have mulitple positions within our culinary department to start you in this great and exciting program.

Culinary Apprenticeship

Responsibilities

Complete 4000 OJT hours in a two-year time frame as well as take in-person and online courses through the American Culinary Federation.  Must pass all courses and complete OJT. 

Qualifications


Participants must be at least 18 years of age (by the start of the program January 2020) and a high school graduate (or equivalency).

 

Boyne Highlands will pay for all course work through ACF.

 

Applicants must show determination and willingness to succeed in this program and have a passion for the culinary arts.
