At Your Service Representatives manage the call center for information and communication throughout Big Sky Resort. We communicate efficiently with other departments as well as other team members through phone, email, various computer systems, and radio.
We take pride in being the team that others go to when they have questions that need to be answered or tasks that need to be completed.
We work well under pressure and can be flexible and adaptable when needed in this versatile department.
Training will take place with the Front Desk team and as AYS Representatives are responsible for a variety of activities. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, excellent multi-tasking skills, and the ability to work at a faster-than-average pace.
