Overview

Sugaloaf Real Estate agency is seeking a part-time administrative assistant to assist the agents 2-3 days a week. Candidates need to be self-motivated with experience in an office environment. The ideal person for this role will possess the ability to multi-task, be able to organize and prioritize workload, and will also be able to learn and adhere to Boyne and Mountainside Real Estate policies and procedures. Applicant needs to be proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel, Power Point and Word. Knowledge of Indesign CS6, Photoshop and Microsoft Access are a plus!

 

 

Responsibilities

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following: 

  • Reception & basic office duties
  • Obtain and maintain notary certification, Required (at office’s expense)
  • Monitor incoming/outgoing mail & e-mails
  • Record keeping and data entry
  • Create files, forms & fact sheets as needed for real estate listings
  • Learn Maine Real Estate Law in regard to unlicensed employees
  • Distribute brochures and magazines as needed around the resort
  • Input and update listings in MLS
  • Keep appearance of office looking clean and well organized at all times

Qualifications

Office hours for support personnel are 8:30am to 5:00pm.

It is necessary for support to be on time (it is the responsibility of the office support to open and close daily).

Staff needs to be flexible as more time is required at peak periods, such as Homecoming Weekend and February Break.
