Overview

As a cafe cook/baker will assist the Inn Cafe Chef in their duties by efficiently, accurately, and professionally preparing food and assisting in all kitchen operations. Inn at Bay Harbor Team Members and their eligible family members are provided with a benefit package like no other. Working here gives you access to both Boyne Resorts and Marriott team discounts. Responsibilities

Typical job functions include:

 

  • Preparing grab and go foods for the Inn Café
  • Cleaning and Sanitizing work areas and equipment
  • Preparing various foods for amenities including charcuterie boards, chocolate strawberries, bakery items, and other customized dishe
  • Daily prep and stock

Qualifications

  • Must be a team player
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be available nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Be willing to be on your feet for up to 8 hours per day
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
