Oversee, manage and actively work in the field of the Grounds Maintenance Department. Oversee parking/parking lot attendants, snow removal/de-icing of walkways, and litter & trash removal. Ensure equipment is maintained and repaired in a timely manner with follow up if required. Clean up sand from lots & walkways, and mow ground base areas of resort. Completes spring and fall clean ups and sets up for events. Responsible for over-all care of base areas and parking lots. May be required to work in conjunction with any resort department. Weekend/holiday work days will be required depending on season and weather.

Certificate from college or technical school preferred; Previous related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
