Sugarloaf is looking for a detail oriented person to take on a full time seasonal role as our Snow Surfaces Administrator. The Snow Surfaces Administrator works closely with the Director of Snow Surfaces along with the managers of the Snowmaking, Grooming, and Terrain Park Departments to assist in keeping their respective departments running efficiently. The ideal candidate for this role will have a willingness to gain knowledge of the snowmaking system, resort trails and operations, and will be ready to assist where needed whether it be answering questions or attending meetings.




The primary duties of this role include, but are not limited to:

  • creating and maintaining effective hiring procedures
  • managing the hiring system (iCIMS)
  • scheduling
  • record keeping
  • data entry and filing
  • tracking spreadsheets
  • creating and updating department content.

This role is also expected to establish and maintain employee relations, facilitate trainings, and assist in weekly payroll.



  • Must have strong organizational skills
  • Must be patient and detail oriented
  • Must be an effective communicator
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Excel preferred
  • Must be at least 18 years old and have a minimum of a High School Degree
