The Lift Operations Supervisor assists the Lift Operations Manager with supervision of personnel and daily operations of their assigned area. Responsibilities include personnel interviewing, hiring, training, and evaluating; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems; management of departmental budget requirements; planning, reporting and other documentation support; working closely with lift maintenance and other resort departments; and the performance of assigned tasks not necessarily related to this specific job, but essential to the successful operation of the resort. Takes initiative to get any and all jobs completed accurately and proficiently and is someone who doesn’t understand the term “not my job.”

Minimum 18 years of age. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Lift operator experience with knowledge of mechanical operation of lifts preferred. Record keeping and supervisory skills preferred.
