The Competition Department is looking for an Office Coordinator for the winter season! The ideal candidate will have the ability to work well both independently and in a team environment. Must have a professional manner and good judgment while relating to competition volunteers, athletes, and their parents.


  • Recruit and manage competition day volunteers
  • Assist with volunteer training 
  • Handle athlete registration through online, mail, telephone, and walk-in systems
  • Compile race day start lists, athlete check-in, and duties associated with being a Race Secretary

The person in this position also manages the entries and scoring for the Local's Challenge Race Series. This position is not an on-snow position but might require you to be outside for extended periods of time.


Candidate must be proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook and must be comfortable using Internet-based registration systems for both athletes and volunteers. The candidate must be available based on scheduling needs, dependable, and willing to be flexible. This position also requires a demonstrated ability to solve problems and think strategically while being enthusiastic and positive.
