Overview

Sugarloaf has a few openings this coming season for part time front desk attendants at our resrot's Sports and Fitness Club. A front desk attendant is responsible for checking in guests, selling day passes and memberships, and handing out locker keys and towels. Attendants will also be responsible for the preparation and serving of food and alcohol at times. Additionally, the front desk attendant will answer phones and collect various forms of payment including cash, checks, credit cards, gift certificates, and travelers’ checks, fold and stock towels, maintain hot tubs, mop floors, empty towel bins, and shovel walkways. The ideal candidate for this role will be able to make people feel welcome with a smile, eye contact, introduction and a friendly greeting. 

Responsibilities

Front desk attendant and a locker room attendant.  Also responsible for general front desk duties, i.e answering phones, booking appointments, checking in guests, etc. 

Qualifications

Must be able to lift up to 25lbs. Must make people feel welcome, be a team player and take pride in the job. Requires some days, some nights, holidays and some weekends.
