Overview

The Human Resources Coordinator coordinates and maintains various Human Resources administrative functions, including Human Resource Information System, personnel files, and benefits and leave administration. Helps ensure the operational effectiveness of the HR office and systems, and provides exceptional customer service to the team members of the resort.

Responsibilities

The Human Resources Coordinator's typical job functions include

  • Greets and welcomes all guests and team members visiting the HR Office. Establishes and maintains positive friendly working relationships with all resort team members and guests in person, by email, and over the phone. Serves as a resource to team members for human resources related inquiries.
  • Maintains Human Resource Information System records with accuracy and timeliness. Compiles reports and trends analytical data as needed and/or directed.
  • Responsible for completion and accuracy of all personnel files and documents, including I-9’s and training documentation. Conducts audits as needed and/or directed.
  • Coordinates and audits benefits and leave administration, including enrollment, billing and administration. Creates and maintains master documents and procedures for all benefits and leave programs.
  • Maintains and organizes the Human Resources office, including mail, office supplies, and other administrative needs.
  • Serves as an administrative backup resource for other Boyne Michigan resorts.
  • Other projects and duties as assigned by the Human Resources Director.

 

Qualifications
