Ticket Checker JD Image

As a Ticket Checker for the Boyne Mountain Resort, you are responsible for the checking and scanning of both lift tickets and season passes along with crowd control as guests enter the lift maze. Other responsibilities include answering resort related guest questions while providing excellent customer service. You will also work closely with the Security and Lift Operations Departments.

Responsibilities

The Ticket Checker's typical job functions include:

  • Visually scanning and checking each lift ticket and season pass in the lift line
  • Assisting guests with ski trail information
  • Answering guests questions regarding resort activities

 

Qualifications

This position may for you if:

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You have achieved a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • You are energetic, outgoing and able to interact with guests
  • You enjoy working outside in various weather conditions
  • You are available to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • You possess excellent communication skills
  • You would enjoy a customer service focused position
