Pool Attendant is a part or full-time, seasonal position at Boyne Highlands Resort. The Pool Attendant will efficiently, accurately, courteously, and professionally maintain two pool locations (Main Lodge and Heather Highlands Inn) and their surrounding areas. Attendant is ultimately responsible for overall cleanliness, safety, and readiness of pool areas.

  • Pick up loose towels and lost and found items.
  • Check garbage receptacles and wipe down as needed.
  • Sweep deck and/or patio areas.
  • Wipe down patio furniture and place neatly in place.
  • Ensure entire pool area looks neat and clean.
  • Assist front desk and guest services in other areas as needed.
  • Ensure guests have proper access to pool area and enforce access guidelines.


High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
