Sugarloaf Base Services has a job opening for a PM custodian at our resort. For these roles, knowledge of general carpentry, painting, and proper cleaning methods is a plus, but no experience is necessary as training will be provided on the job. The ideal candidate for this position would be timely, detail oriented, willing to learn, and have a positive attitude. 

The job entails all types of cleaning inside, working outside in all types of weather, lifting 40+ lbs. and clearing doorways, walkway and stairs of snow/ice. Taking care of the entire Base Lodge inside and out is the priority. 

Must be a self-starter, willing to work weekends and holidays, and must have own transportation.
