As a Dining Room Supervisor you are responsible for supervising and coordinating all aspects of Vintage Chophouse | Wine Bar front of house. The Dining Room Supervisor will work closely with the Restaurant Manager and the culinary department.

The Dining Room Supervisor's typical job functions include:

• Partnering with Restaurant Manager to ensure all aspects of restaurant are running smoothly and efficiently

• Ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of restaurant

• Completing and reporting biweekly bar inventory in collaboration with Restaurant Manager and Lead Bartender

• Reviewing weekly and monthly financial reports with Restaurant Manager

• Supervising 8-10 team members in dining room

• Ensure consistent and efficient service to guests while maintaining department goals

• Assisting Restaurant Manager with interviewing and hiring team members, conducting performance evaluation and appraisals, motivating and educating staff, as well as coaching team members when necessary

• Ensuring the happiness of guests and making sure they are satisfied with their experience at Vintage Chophouse | Wine Bar

• Covering any and all uncovered shifts

Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays when needed

You have an intermediate skill level with Microsoft Office Suite products including Word and Excel; experience with Point of Sale software is also preferred

You have interest in not only serving guests with excellence, you know the value of maintaining a fun work environment


You are a team player and hands-on leader
