Overview

Sunday River is looking for a Lift Operations Ticket Checking Supervisor! Candidates should enjoy working outdoors and be team and customer-oriented. This role ensures all ski lift passengers have the proper credentials to ride the lifts by supervising the Ticket Checkers and ticket checking process at our RFID access gates.

 

The Ticket Checking Supervisor focuses is on safety, guest service, and Team Member support.

Responsibilities

  • Interview potential candidates
  • Train new and returning Team Members
  • Complete paperwork, workflow assessment
  • Perform safety inspections
  • Set up of lift corrals
  • Inspects the ticket checking process
  • Troubleshoots ticket issues and resolves theft appropriately by working in conjunction with our Public Safety team
  • Fill in as a Ticket Checker or Lift Operator when required
  • Cover breaks for lift operators and other assigned tasks
  • Responsible for safe, fair, efficient and fun access to our resorts ski terrain

Qualifications

Ideal candidate will have prior ski resort and Lift Operations experience. Supervisory experience helpful but not necessary.
