Overview

Sunday River is looking for a Lift Operations Ticket Checking Administrative Assistant. The Ticket Checking Administrative Assistant helps resolve ticket and product issues related to the RFID gate system with the Ticket Checking Supervisor and Dispatch team. The Administrative Assistant also supports the Lift Operations Dispatch Center by assisting with the hiring and onboarding process. This role also performs general clerical duties to support Lift Operations and Ticket Checking. 

Responsibilities

  • Receives calls from Ticket Checkers when ticket checking issues arise at the lift access points
  • When issues occur, quickly contact the appropriate support team in the field
  • When a product issue leads to a denial of access to the lifts, quickly researches the issue, makes changes in the system to the guest pass and works to resolve future issues of a similar nature
  • Participate in processing applications for Lift Operations and Ticket Checking
  • Schedule interviews, assist with hiring and onboarding paperwork
  • Perform other clerical duties
  • May also be assigned tasks in the field like shoveling snow, checking tickets, and operating ski lifts

Qualifications

Ideal candidate will have prior ski resort and Lift Operations experience.
