Sugarloaf is now hiring Resort Front Desk Representatives for the current winter season. This position interacts with guests for lodging stays and will also assist in selling and organizing activities. Duties include switchboard operations, reservations, arrival and departure details, daily cash-ups, bank deposits, research of guest transactions, along with working with other departments to ensure quality guest experience during the stay at Sugarloaf.
Sugarloaf lodging department requires the staff to work schedules that can vary. Candidates that can work a flexible schedule for days, evenings and weekends are encouraged to apply. Schedules can change due to business levels.
