If so, join our owner services team and become an Owner Services Coordinator for Big Sky Resort!

 

As an Owner Services Coordinator you will complete both administrative and service oriented tasks for condo and home owners who participate in the rental management program through Big Sky Resort. Your duties will be split between assisting the Owner Services and Vacation Rentals Managers. Part of your time will be completing routine daily and weekly tasks with the remaining time being available to complete ad-hoc projects and responding to owner requests in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

  • Responding to property owner reservation requests and complete reservations in SMS
  • Complete welcome calls for in-house owners and guests
  • Take notes during meetings and compile for distributio
  • Manage owner packages ensuring they are received and delivered upon arrival
  • Administrative duties related to owner ski voucher program
  • Manage owner inventory in conjunction with VHA and housekeeping teams
  • Troubleshooting TV and Internet issues in Vacation Rentals
  • Complete Work Order billing to owners
  • Communicate with owners via email and phone.
  • Running daily and weekly SMS reports, distribute to appropriate vendors and internal partners
  • Complete periodic Manager on Duty shift for Vacation Rentals
  • Complete all ad-hoc projects as assigned

Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal skills are required
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong ability to follow through until tasks are complete
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • Must be a team player, have the ability to multitask, and to adapt to the ever-changing situations and needs of the department
  • Self-starter with ability to complete assigned tasks independentl
  • Candidate must be detail oriented, well organized, and professional
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience working with SMS-Host preferred
