Overview

As a Cross Country Center Shop Attendant you are responsible for providing excellent customer service including scheduling tours, renting equipment, answering questions regarding trail system and processing merchandise and ticket transactions.

Responsibilities

The Cross Country Center Shop Attendant's typical job functions include:

 

  • Answering and returning phone calls
  • Interacting with guests in the retail shop
  • Renting equipment
  • Processing transactions on point of sale system
  • Explaining cross country trail system
  • Taking ski lesson and tour reservations

Qualifications

This position may be for you if:

 

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You enjoy working with guests in a customer service position
  • You are available days, weekends and holidays
  • You have some cross country ski knowledge
