This position is to ensure servers and cooks can focus on the guests and make sure that food comes out in a timely fashion.
- Clear and sanitize tables and work areas.
- Dispose of trash and other waste.
- Keep the restaurant stocked with adequate supplies, such as plates, glasses, silverware, and napkins.
- Assist cooks, servers, dishwashers, and bartenders with various tasks as needed.
Must be able to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
