Overview

Join the Boyne Mountain Team as a Guest Services Associate and work in a lively environment within our Rental Shops.   Guest Services Associates are responsible for assisting our guests in organizing and selecting their Ski & Snowboard Rental Equipment needs as well as Snowsports Academy Lesson and Lift Ticket needs.  Must enjoy working as part of a team.  Excellent organizational and communication skills is crucial.  Must have the ability to thrive in a fast pace work environment and provide a high standard of customer service.  

Responsibilities

The Guest Services Associate's typical job functions include:

 

  • Assisting guests in purchasing the proper Rental Equipment Packages
  • Adjusting guests in purchasing the proper Snowsports Academy Lessons.
  • Assisting guests in purchasing the proper Lift Tickets

Qualifications

This position may be for you if:

 

  • You are 18 years of age
  • You are available to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • You are interest in a customer service position
  • You are able to lift up to 25 pounds
