Graduates of this two year program will earn:

  • American Culinary Federation Accreditation
  • North Central Michigan College Culinary Certificate
  • Us Department of Labor Office of Apprenticeship National Credential

Qualifications

This apprenticeship may be for you if:

  • You are over 18 years old
  • You have achieved a high school diploma or completed a GED program
  • You are available nights, weekends and holidays
  • You possess a strong interest in the culinary field and want to build your career
  • You are interested in being on a team working toward achieving goals
