Overview

As a Line Cook you are responsible for preparing sandwich items to recipe and working the deli counter

Responsibilities

The Line Cook typical job functions include:

  • Preparing deli station for service
  • Preparing food for station prior to service
  • Efficiently preparing orders of deli items in a timely manner
  • Cleaning and closing down of deli station
  • Preparing for next deli service and or assisting deli with other tasks

Qualifications

This position may be for you if:

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You have achieved a high school diploma or GED
  • You are available to work weekends and holidays
  • You have previous deli experience
  • You are able to efficiently prepare items in a timely manner to keep up with incoming orders; you possess deli management skills
  • You are able to communicate effectively and work with a team; able to multi-task
