The Busser is responsible for clearing and sanitizing tables, transporting dishes and other items to the kitchen and assisting waitstaff with other assigned tasks.

The Busser's typical job functions include:

• Ensuring waitstaff can focus on the guests and make sure that food comes out in a timely fashion
• Clearing and sanitizing tables for the next group of guests
• Disposing of trash and other waste 
• Keeping the restaurant stocked with adequate supplies, such as plates, glasses, silverware, and napkins
• Assisting cooks, servers, dishwashers, and bartenders with various tasks as needed
