The Ticket Scanner position part or full-time, seasonal position at Boyne Highlands Resort. Position is responsible for scanning tickets in lift lines and answering any and all guest questions. Team members must be willing to provide great guest service. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, team focused and has prior experience in guest facing roles. We are hiring this as a dual role; however, one may work as a ticket scanner or ticket sales only. The overall goal is that this team member can do both as needed. This position includes aiding guests in their purchase of products offered by Boyne Highlands, gaining a full understanding of the resort’s promotions, services, hours of operation and other pertinent resort information in order to provide clear and consistent communication with all guests. A skier services member must provide excellent customer service, always acting with accountability.

Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
