This role is full-time and year-round. The Lift Maintenance Manager ensures the safety and reliability of our lifts by monitoring, maintaining, and repairing all chairlift equipment at the resort. The ideal candidate will help create an environment of teamwork and efficient communication, while also being dedicated to Boyne’s continued efforts to operate sustainably through various ‘green’ initiatives. This position will also ensure the Lift Maintenance Team operates in accordance with all applicable rules and regulations. This role will delegate tasks as necessary and train team members in preventative routine maintenance and diagnostic maintenance. The Lift Maintenance Manager is a critical position as Boyne Highlands starts its resort-wide renovation, which includes multiple upgrades and new lift installations. The ideal candidate will create a culture centered on safety and guest service, while holding a competent mechanical and electrical skill set.
