Including but not limited to: 

• Coordinating incoming voice mails and disturbing to the reservations team for call backs
• Organizing incoming leads to distribute for follow up
• Managing file systems
• Controlling Rooms; assigning room numbers and troubleshooting inventory
• Managing confirmation letters; typing, emailing
• Processing reports
• Managing reservations email inbox

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

Strong computer skills including knowledge of Internet software and Microsoft 365, Word, Excel, and Outlook required
