As the Lodging Coordinator you will provide support to all Lodging departments with various tasks and projects including but not limited to procurement, recordkeeping, software management and project tracking. The Coordinator works closely with the Director of Lodging and the Director of Facilities Maintenance to manage the daytoday workflow and prioritizing various projects, which includes scheduling, contact management, preparing materials for meetings, and participating in a wide range of special projects.


  • Receive incoming calls and emails; respond appropriately and route correspondence to the appropriate team member
  • Handle requests, feedback and queries quickly and professionally
  • Maintain daily electronic journal, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders as needed
  • Manage Lodging guest surveys and reporting
  • Take meeting minutes, accurately enter notes and distribute
  • Manage weekly lodging reporting for house counts and arrivals.
  • Assist with updating Boyne Accommodations Rating Scale and Lodging Order guide.
  • Draft, produce and edit correspondence, presentations, briefs, reports, articles, reports, and presentations to ensure accuracy and professionalism
  • Maintain efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records
  • Balance conflicting priorities in order to manage workflow, ensure the completion of essential projects and meet critical deadlines
  • Assist facilities maintenance team with organization and follow up on interdepartmental maintenance projects
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Ability to juggle multiple projects with superb accuracy

  • Individual must be detail oriented and possess strong initiative and a sense of urgency
  • Problem solving and critical thinking skills a must
  • Exceptional customer service skills, over the phone and in person, with guests and internal departments
  • Exemplary planning and time management skills
  • Ability to stay calm and on-task in high-stress situations
  • Resourceful, positive, strategic problem solver with a sense of humor
  • Must be computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Power Point, and Word
  • Knowledge of operating standard office equipment
  • Relevant degree and/or experience required
  • Experience with SMS a plus
  • Familiar with Big Sky Resort and the community preferred
