As the Lodging Coordinator you will provide support to all Lodging departments with various tasks and projects including but not limited to procurement, recordkeeping, software management and project tracking. The Coordinator works closely with the Director of Lodging and the Director of Facilities Maintenance to manage the day‐to‐day workflow and prioritizing various projects, which includes scheduling, contact management, preparing materials for meetings, and participating in a wide range of special projects.
