The Executive Chef will lead the culinary team at Sunday River’s Grand Summit Hotel, overseeing menu creation and customer experience for Camp restaurant as well as banquets, conferences and weddings in the hotel throughout the year.
This is a hands-on position requiring the ability to lead a team of 20 or more while ensuring the delivery of top quality products and service, working in kitchens, restaurants, and public areas. As a culinary professional, you already understand that schedules will vary based on business levels and require long hours during busy periods.
The right candidate will have the ability to maintain a cool head when things get heated, whether in the kitchen or the front of the house, and have a desire to build a strong team.
College degree in a related field and 7-10 years experience, plus 4 or more years experience in leadership role.
