The Maintenance Technician's typical job functions include:

• Completing daily preventative maintenance checks of guests rooms
• Keeping daily log of routine maintenance preformed
• Utilizing a motor vehicle to pick up supplies, parts and other materials as necessary
• Performing infrastructure maintenance
• Other job tasks will be assigned

This position might be for you if:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You have achieved a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• You have excellent communication skills, ability to work with others and take pride in your work
• You are available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
• You have basic preventative maintenance experience and or job knowledge required

• You possess a working knowledge of general maintenance, plumbing, carpentry and electrical

• You have knowledge of inventory software and order processing systems is helpful

• You are responsible for your own basic hand tools; Boyne Mountain will supply any specialty tools and equipment

• You are able to crouch, bend, stand and or sit in one position for prolonged periods of time
• You possess a valid driver’s license
