Organize the employee services area to implement employee and dependent pass privileges, time cards, name tags and the Employee Ski Voucher Benefit. Serve as a back up resource to Human Resources for general coverage. Must be extremely reliable, and able to interact with guests in a friendly manner.
Greet employees and administer the employee Season Pass, time cards, name tags, and the Employee ski voucher/pass benefit.
Ensure all forms are complete, collect money and prepare cash out daily.
Organize and maintain paperwork in a neat and orderly manner at all times.
Communicate with HR regarding Employee ID #s from timecards for input into ADP.
Enter employee information in the RTP system, printing pass media as necessary.
Responsible for all employees and dependents signing Release and Waivers prior to receiving any ski pass.
Produce employee name tags.
Input employee information in computer, creating reports as needed to track usage.
Communicate with managers and supervisors when paperwork is needed or incomplete.
Archive employee services forms and other HR forms as directed.
Maintain coverage at the Business Office building along with the other staff as needed, greeting employees and guests, answering phones, filing and other jobs as required.
Ability to handle confidential information and maintain confidentiality.
Consistently provide good guest service as set by Human Resources standards.
Assist with HR projects such as: data entry, climate survey, spreadsheets, Employee Newsletter, employee photos and assisting with employee functions and filing.
Contribute to team effort by participating in Job Sharing.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous guest service and computer skills are required: excel, word, Publisher, and digital camera experience helfpul.
