If you like the idea of working in a beautiful backdrop of the mountain, golfing/skiing for free, and working in a super fun environment, Boyne Highlands may be the right spot for you! We're looking for people with a drive to ensure every guest leaves with a great experience!

As a Front Desk Agent, you are the first point of contact with guests and handle most aspects of a guest’s stay. You will also greet guests, assist with check-ins/check-outs, answer guest questions and help resolve any guest issues. Adaptability and flexibility are key, you must be able to work well on a team as well as individually. Our goal is great hospitality where we can create experiences that make guests loyal for life.

We are currently looking for people to work shifts between 8 am to 12 am.

Responsibilities

The following statements are intended as general illustrations of the work in this classification and are not all-inclusive of the specific position.

  • Greet guests in a warm, welcoming, and professional manner.
  • Assist guests with checking in and checking out of the hotel using the computer system.
  • Work the resort switchboard, assisting guests on the phone.
  • Answer questions and provide information about the resort. 
  • Be able to handle money and accurately balance the bank at the beginning and end of each shift.

Qualifications

  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be willing to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
