If you like the idea of working in a beautiful backdrop of the mountain, golfing/skiing for free, and working in a super fun environment, Boyne Highlands is the perfect place to work! We're looking for people that will ensure every guest leaves with a smile on their face.

As a full-time Front Desk Supervisor, you will handle answering phones, checking guests in and out of their rooms, and answering questions about the resort. You will also be responsible for coordinating front office activities for the resort as well as resolving any issues guests may have, working on reservations/room assignment activities, and other unusual requests/inquiries. This position is fast-paced where no two days will be exactly alike.  End of summer bonus offered.

  • Monitor team members and observe performances to ensure adherence to resort standards and established operating procedures.
  •  Oversee and participate in the prompt and courteous check-in and check-out of guests. 
  •  Answer questions or problems about guest suite accommodations and rates; meet with individual guests and convention representatives to aid in planning.
  •  Oversee cash/credit functions through close supervision. 
  •  Train and ensure all team members meet expectations and provide excellent guest service.
  •  Resolve and take appropriate action on any Owner/Guest complaint or problem.
  •  Determine the number of arrivals due to check-in, the percent of occupancy expected for the day, and anticipate any problems.

  •  You achieved a high school diploma or equivalent, are comfortable handling payment transactions, and have basic computer skills.
  •  You have a minimum of 1-year front desk or guest service experience. Previous experience supervising others is preferred.
