As the new Boyne Highlands Activity Attendant, you will create unique experiences for our guests, owners, and team members! These experiences will range from making delicious s'mores over a warm bonfire, decorating cookies, various arts and crafts to storytelling and ice cream socials as well as everything in between. Creativity is encouraged on this team as we make the memories that guests will hold for a lifetime.

We are looking for both full-time and part-time team members willing to work a variety of shifts. Most of our activities will take place in the evenings with occasional morning and daytime shifts as well. This flexibility gives you plenty of time during the day to take advantage of the perks of working for the resort such as taking the scenic chairlift up to the top of the mountain or enjoying your employee golf pass.

• Set up and promote craft activities for all ages. 
• Provide evening entertainment for guests such as bonfire and s’mores, popcorn, organized activities both indoors and outdoors and other themed special events throughout the season.
• Knowledge of resort activities to invite guests to events/activities
• Maintain activity room appearance and cleanliness as well as crafting table’s organization
• Refill supplies for various activities throughout the day.
• Take payments for the non-complementary crafts and making the appropriate change.
• Prepare treats, sample crafts and gifts for guests as needed.
• Act as mascot when needed including wearing the costume and interacting with guests as the mascot.

• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds 
• Nights, weekends and holidays required. 
• Must be able to think on your feet and have the ability to problem solve.
