The Café Assistant Manager and Amenity Specialist is a full time, year-round position. We are seeking creative, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working directly with guests on their unique and customized amenity selections. This individual will be the assistant manager to all Inn Café team members including retail associates and baristas and will work directly with the Inn Café Manager and Director of Inn Café services to continue the promotion of our hotel’s specialty offerings.


  • Correspond with guests regarding their amenities including customized items including floral arrangements, afternoon tea services, romance packages, specialty food amenities, and other special requests
  • Lead a team of 10-12 in a retail and café environment specializing in boutique retail items, paintings, European-inspired grab and go food items, and Starbuck’s beverages
  • Work with our events team and execute day-of wedding packages and amenities in a private service setting
  • Create signs and cards for guests amenities specific to their celebration or event
  • Prepare or serve food items
  • High quality service, attention to detail, and a knack for creativity a must


Prior experience in events, floral arrangements, and/or a retail setting preferred. Applicants must be 18 years or older and available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
