This is a full time seasonal position that oversees a team of 3-4 people and entails basic supervisory functions such as managing café inventory, completing weekly work schedules, and offering basic leadership and support to a small staff.
This position directly supervises 3-4 team members in the café, and is responsible for carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. This also includes interviewing, hiring, and training team members; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance, rewarding team members, as well as addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Must be 18 years of age and possess valid driver’s license with a clean mobile driving record.
Should be ServSafe certified or have the ability obtain it upon hire.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training expected
Some experience with point of sale software preferred.
Must be available holidays and weekends.
