Adventure Activity Guide is a part or full-time, seasonal position at Boyne Highlands Resort. Guides are responsible for organizing and leading group tours on the Zip Line; Organizing and training groups in Sno-Go bike operation (winter only); and/or training, organizing, and leading group tours on the Segways (summer only) all while ensuring the safety of all guests and creating a positive experience. No previous experience required, just a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

  • Meet, greet and register guests.
  • Assist and lead participants with gearing-up, safety orientation, and general tour information.
  • Guide guests safely through every element of Zip Line Activities; training on Sno-go and/or training and trails on Segway.
  • Communicate and point out items of interest included throughout the tour.
  • Manage risky behavior and maintain control of the tour group at all times.
  • Ensure trails, lines, gear, and equipment are maintained to standards and report any concerns.
  • Develop new ideas and curriculum programming to fit the expanding needs of guests.


  • Must be over 18 years old
  • Must have a valid drivers license
  • Must be able to stand/walk outdoors for extended periods of time
  • Be willing to get certified on our Zipline Course
