Overview

Is responsible for executing day to day work orders that are requested by Resort employees or guests. All Maintenance Technicians must adhere to safety regulations and precautions while being comfortable working with flammable or hazardous products.

Responsibilities

  • Must be able to assist in a variety of maintenance projects in public areas, hotel rooms, condominiums and employee only areas such as employee housing
  • Assist with large off-season maintenance projects
  • Work as a team in a friendly and professional manner with a large maintenance staff
  • Desire to learn, attend trainings and obtain certifications in advanced fields

Qualifications

  • General maintenance knowledge in all areas including, but not limited to: plumbing, carpentery and electrical
  • Able to lift up to 50lbs unassisted
  • Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record
  • Willing to work weekends and holidays during on-season months
