Full-time, year-round entry-level position in the marketing and revenue department at Boyne Mountain Resort. The Customer Care Specialist responds to all product sales inquiries via Customer Care channels - phone, email, and chat. The Customer Care Specialist works under the supervision of the Ticket & Season Pass Revenue Manager and is responsible for logging conversations notes while assisting customers with a multitude of questions, troubleshooting ecommerce transactions with guests, and doing so in a prompt manner.
