Sugarloaf is looking for an experienced line cook to fill a full-time seasonal summer/fall position at our signature 45 North Restaurant location. The role of a line cook is to prepare food, help the kitchen workers in the preparation of food items and set up allocated stations for menu, as instructed by our Lead Chef and in compliance with industry standards. The focus of this job is on producing high quality, detailed work. Precise, consistent work output is essential requiring patience and a willingness to handle and complete one task at a time. Job knowledge and competency is built through structured step-by-step training and positive, supportive coaching from management and peers.
This role will primarily work mornings with our resort's breakfast crew and will assist with events and conferences as needed.
