The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for driving resort visits and online sales using various marketing channels and tools. The manager oversees and leads efforts on The Summit’s websites, email marketing, social media platforms, mobile app, blog, online reputation (google, yelp, tripadvisor, etc), digital signage, as well as other digital platforms and channels in the future. The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for the creation and publishing of various content and marketing efforts supporting each line of business at the resort. The Digital Marketing Manager works closely with content producers and contributors, resort stakeholders, Information Technology team members, guest services, and the Marketing & Sales team to gather, prioritize, execute and track brand and revenue initiatives.
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for all aspects of the resort’s email marketing. That includes developing strategies, producing content and campaigns, programing automation, writing queries, and managing contributors.
This role helps manage our acquisition funnel, as well as analyzes and optimizes digital experiences. This role is accountable for key performance indicators associated with digital properties and mediums including, but not limited to; social media, email, reputation management, mobile app, and website.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business related field. Minimum of 4-5 years progressive experience in marketing required, with a focus on content generation, social media, email marketing or website administration. Experience in hospitality, travel or experiential brand strongly preferred.
