Overview

Join our team as a Full-Time Year-Round staff member with the Inn at Bay Harbor as our Room Prevententive Maintenance Technician (RPM). Enjoy working with our maintenance team as well as our housekeeping team, as a ambassador of The Inn at Bay Harbor. The Room Preventative Maintenance Tech (RPM) is an ambassador of the Inn affecting the guests' overall impressions of our facility. In this role you will be expected to maintatin preventative maintenance schedules, aid in maintenance as well as housekeeping. 

 

The starting rate for this position is $14/hr or more with experience.

Responsibilities

As the Room Preventative Maintenance Technician you will be responsible for general cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms as necessary to ensure that each guest will have a clean and maintenance-free stay. In addition you will schedule rooms for regular preventative maintenance, and ensure that the preventative maintenance schedule is excecuted as required. This position communicates pertinent information in a timely and professional manner as needed. Analyze room defect trends to eliminate the root cause of common recurring problems. Inspect guest rooms and record findings on the RPM checklist. Clean and repair guest rooms and contents as required. 

Qualifications

Previous experiance in maintenance and or housekeeping prefered. Must be comfortable lifting up to 60lbs. Must be comfortable with being on a 6 foot ladder.
