Organize the Team Member Services office to implement team member benefits and dependent pass privileges, time cards, name tags and the Team Member Ski Voucher Benefit. Work on a variety of tasks and projects as directed. Serve as a back-up resource to Human Resources for general office coverage. Must be reliable, and able to interact with guests in a friendly manner. As a customer focused organization, a crucial part of each employee’s job is to get and keep guests.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Strong Microsoft office skills required.
Handles sensitive and confidential information. Must be willing to work holidays and weekends as required.
