A Sugarloaf Snow Shoveler quickly and efficiently clears snow from customer walkways and other areas in need of guest and employee access in the winter months. The Freeride Coach will be responsible for a guest lesson experience, including but not limited to, welcoming people at the meeting place, guiding the learning experience, highlighting the student successes throughout the lesson and inviting them back as the lesson is completing. After attending free apprenticeship training, follow program and lesson content guidelines, own the snow sports school’s safety culture, meet or exceed the guest expectation and support the Snow Sports School objectives. Essential focus will be to provide a friendly, fun, safe, caring and compassionate guest experience, time and time again.

Public Area Attendants (PAs) are responsible for keeping all public areas in the hotels and buildings resort wide clean and orderly. Our team takes great pride in our work and in the appearance of the Resort—you must do the same to be successful in this position. You will be responsible for a variety of activities including, but not limited to: vacuuming, spot cleaning windows and glass, emptying garbage cans, dusting, and cleaning bathrooms.
You will have a high level of contact with our guests and must consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging guest service. We expect each team member to provide a warm, welcoming environment for all guests and create exceptional experiences whenever possible. You must be quick to adapt to changing environments and have good critical thinking skills.
You will work both inside and outdoors in this position, cleaning all interior and exterior areas in and around the buildings. Often times you will be working independently with minimal supervision. You must be a self-motivated, dependable, and determined employee. You will be provided with step-by-step training and positive, supportive coaching from our management team. You may be asked to help with additional projects, such as organizing storage areas and deep cleaning.
Lift Operators monitor passenger’s use of chairlifts including observing, advising, and assisting while they are in the operators work area as they load or unload from the aerial or surface lifts. The operator responds to unusual occurrences or conditions by choosing an appropriate action such as: assisting the passenger, slowing or stopping the lift, and continuing operation and observation.

A Sugarloaf Lift Operator assists guests in getting on and off chair lifts by operating ski lifts, including inspecting and testing for safety before opening. Lift Operators also maintain corrals, ramps, and work areas by shoveling and raking snow. A Sugarloaf Lift Operator must be reliable, energetic, outgoing, and able to interact with guests in a friendly and fun manner. This is an outdoor position and work occurs in all weather conditions.
