Sugarloaf Equipment Operators operate various pieces of equipment (tractors, plow trucks, and the like) in a safe and efficient manner while minimizing contact with the public and having minimal environmental impact. The ideal candidate for this position will be eager to provide outstanding customer service and grounds maintenance services to ensure a high quality experience for Sugarloaf Guests and Property Owners, will have a good working knowledge of OSHA Standards and DigSafe protocol, and will possess a serious attitude toward safety of self and team. Duties include, but are not limited to equipment operation, firewood deliveries, plowing, sanding, and some manual labor. Winter may include late hours or a varied schedule, depending on storms. Efficiency is key, where much of the work involves driveway and snow removal
To assist Food and Beverage Director in all aspects of managing a food and beverage lodge. As a customer focused organization, a crucial part of each employee’s job is to get and keep guests. This may best be achieved by specific understanding and implementation of operations plan.
Mountain Operations is seeking candidates that have the desire to learn all aspects of snowcat and vehicle maintenance and repair. Gained knowledge will include all automotive and snowcat systems such as engine, transmission, axle, brake and electronics.
Oversee Loon Mountain Resort plumbing/Gas/HVAC duties at resort and team member housing units. Keep current with appropriate regulations and licenses. Work closely with resort team members on work orders, maintenance, and installations. Job sharing duties in this position or other departments as required.
