The Pro Shop Coordinator is a clerical and administrative role where a variety of tasks will assist in the daily operations of the pro shop and golf course. The Pro Shop Coordinator's primary duties include, but are not limited to:
- Schedule tee time reservations for guests
- Check in golfers at arrival
- Manage all play starting tee boxes and ensure guest satisfaction and safety
- Receive, display and sell mechandise
The Golf Outside Services Attendant position is a guest service role that will be the face of the Big Sky Resort Golf Course.
Attendants are responsible for ensuring that equipment (including power carts and rental clubs) and work areas are cleaned and maintained to a high standard. This includes all equipment is in safe working condition to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the power cart fleet. Attendants will also maintain a tracking system including, usage, maintenance, and proper rotation of the carts to ensure all golfers receive a properly operation vehicle.
The Night Audit provides excellent guest service by acting as the front-line of Big Sky Resort. This position is an expert on all lodging provided by the Resort, as well as activities and sights in the area. Night Audits may have contact with a guest before, during, and after their stay and will provide consistency through all of these interactions.

At Your Service Agents manage the call center for information and communication throughout Big Sky Resort. We communicate efficiently with other departments as well as other team members through phone, email, various computer systems, and radio.

Training will take place with the Front Desk team and as AYS Representatives are responsible for a variety of activities. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, excellent multi-tasking skills, and the ability to work at a faster-than-average pace.

Sunday River Ski Patrollers monitor mountain areas for injured, reckless, and lost skiers and snowboarders, and for skiing hazards; provide first aid and other necessary assistance to skiers and snowboarders; enforce company skiing safety regulations; complete ongoing training and emergency procedures practice; and perform various trail maintenance tasks. As a customer-focused organization, a crucial part of each employee’s job is to attract and retain guests.
The Janitorial position is to exceed Guest and Owner expectations by providing efficient and courteous Guest Service in accordance with the standards of The Inn at Bay Harbor. The Janitor works directly with the manager and director to complete daily cleaning duties and projects assigned on a weekly basis. This position is overnight hours.
The starting wage for this position is $16/hour.

The Grooming Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for repairs and ongoing preventative maintenance for all grooming and other equipment at the resort. This position requires someone with mechanical knowledge, experience, and their own tools. Must be able to troubleshoot problems and be able to repair and fix in a timely manner. Ideal candidate should be comfortable working on their own and within a team setting. Takes initiative to get any and all jobs completed accurately and proficiently and is someone who doesn’t understand the term “not my job.”
Oversee Loon Mountain Resort plumbing/Gas/HVAC duties at resort and team member housing units. Keep current with appropriate regulations and licenses. Work closely with resort team members on work orders, maintenance, and installations. Job sharing duties in this position or other departments as required.
