As the Executive Administrative Assistant you will provide support to the GM and acting with little supervision, anticipating needs while managing the day‐to‐day workflow and prioritizing various projects, which includes scheduling, contact management, preparing materials for meetings, and participating in a wide range of special projects. The Executive Administrative Assistant will perform, coordinate and oversee administrative duties while providing an extensive level of support. This will enable the GM to work more efficiently and effectively towards reaching the organization’s growth goals
As the Lodging Coordinator you will provide support to all Lodging departments with various tasks and projects including but not limited to procurement, recordkeeping, software management and project tracking. The Coordinator works closely with the Director of Lodging and the Director of Facilities Maintenance to manage the day‐to‐day workflow and prioritizing various projects, which includes scheduling, contact management, preparing materials for meetings, and participating in a wide range of special projects.

Mountain Operations is seeking candidates that have the desire to learn all aspects of snowcat and vehicle maintenance and repair. Gained knowledge will include all automotive and snowcat systems such as engine, transmission, axle, brake and electronics.
Snow Removal Crew is the very front line of guest safety, and guest experience. The crew is responsible for shoveling all walkways, paths, and common areas around Big Sky Resort. In search of hard working, self-driven employees that will work great with a team. Skid steer experience is recommended, but not required. Come ready to work outdoors in all conditions!

We are looking for an outgoing, personable, reliable, goal driven professional to join our team at Solace Spa. Our Spa Coordinators are more than a receptionist, they are an integral, valued member of our team. You are the first face of the spa, welcoming both returning and new clients creating a positive experience with each visit. You also play a vital role in coordinating the work flow for the rest of the staff.
Big Sky Resort offers and array of retail outlets: Big Sky Sports, Provisions, Pendleton, Lone Peak Logo Shop, Burton Store, The North Face Store and The Board Room. Placement in a location is dependent on expertise and staffing needs.

The Laundry Attendant is responsible for any 'in-house' laundry, including: comforters, blankets, pillows, cleaning rags, robes and any Solace Spa linen. The laundry attendant also picks up the linen chutes and trash drop areas and keeps them clear and clean. All carts of dirty linen are to be on the loading dock for pickup by our outside service provider. When carts of clean linen arrive they are to be unloaded and stocked to the appropriate place or shelves.
Keep guest laundry areas, employee bathrooms and break room clean. The laundry room must be kept neat, clean and safe at all times. Safety and proper use of all laundry equipment is of the utmost importance.
The Resort Laundry facility is located in the Huntley Lodge basement and is part of the Huntley Housekeeping Team.

First impressions are everything!
Public Area Attendants (PAs) are responsible for keeping all public areas in the hotels and buildings resort wide clean and orderly. Our team takes great pride in our work and in the appearance of the Resort—you must do the same to be successful in this position. You will be responsible for a variety of activities including, but not limited to: vacuuming, spot cleaning windows and glass, emptying garbage cans, dusting, and cleaning bathrooms.
You will have a high level of contact with our guests and must consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging guest service. We expect each team member to provide a warm, welcoming environment for all guests and create exceptional experiences whenever possible. You must be quick to adapt to changing environments and have good critical thinking skills.
You will work both inside and outdoors in this position, cleaning all interior and exterior areas in and around the buildings. Often times you will be working independently with minimal supervision. You must be a self-motivated, dependable, and determined employee. You will be provided with step-by-step training and positive, supportive coaching from our management team. You may be asked to help with additional projects, such as organizing storage areas and deep cleaning.
The Bellman is the most exciting, engaging and active position available at Big Sky Resort. The Bellman is responsible for helping all Big Sky Resort lodging guests with luggage, valet parking, complimentary rides in Big Sky Resort vehicles. Our staff accomplishes these tasks while maintaining an appropriate appearance and demeanor. While posted at the front doors of the Huntley and Summit Hotel, our staff is the first and last impression of the resort; a friendly and welcoming attitude is crucial in creating and maintaining an exceptional experience for all Big Sky Resort lodging guests.

Our Outside Guest Services and Parking Lot Crew is the very front line of guest service. This crew is responsible for maintaining a visually pleasing and safe Base Area that creates a welcoming first impression. Crew members should be familiar with Big Sky Resort and the surrounding area and able to answer, or find the answer to, any guest questions.
Other duties include driving the guest shuttle to and from the Free Skier Parking Lot to the Base Area, cleaning up any debris in parking and Base Areas, and occupying the paid parking lot station. Come ready to work outdoors in all conditions!
Lift Operators monitor passenger’s use of chairlifts including observing, advising, and assisting while they are in the operators work area as they load or unload from the aerial or surface lifts. The operator responds to unusual occurrences or conditions by choosing an appropriate action such as: assisting the passenger, slowing or stopping the lift, and continuing operation and observation.
