Sugarloaf is looking for an experienced cook to fill a full-time, year-round position at our signature 45 North Restaurant location as our Breakfast Cook. The role of a Breakfast Cook is to prepare food, help the kitchen workers in the preparation of food items, and set up allocated stations for menu as instructed by our Lead Chef and in compliance with industry standards. The focus of this job is on producing high quality, detailed work. Precise, consistent work output is essential requiring patience and a willingness to handle and complete one task at a time. Kitchen stewards are a key position for all of our resort Food and Beverage locations. This role is primarily responsible for operating and maintaining cleaning equipment and tools. Job duties typically include washing dishes, cutlery, crockery, and kitchen vessels; sweeping and mopping floors; as well as cleaning and detailing equipment. Kitchen stewards also maintain the kitchen, dishwashing, and back area to an inspection-ready condition in accordance with local authority and restaurant guidelines.   We have openings for both part-time and full-time roles. Shifts and work locations may vary and could require nights, days, weekends, and/or holidays. Our Food and Beverage team is a supportive and fun group.
