Sugarloaf is seeking a knowledgable Boot Fitter to join our retail team. Sugarloaf Boot Fitters provide quality customer service to all guests and are experts in ski and snowboard hard good products. The role of a Boot Fitter is to greet and guide guests in proper fitting of ski and snowboard boots and to also understand Sugarloaf’s services, promotions, and hours of operations in order to provide consistent information to all guests. Additionally, Boot Fitters will be expected to actively contribute to a safe and clean environment for all guests throughout the resort.
Sugarloaf Mountain Resort is looking for a tech savvy critical thinker to join our lift operations team in a year-round, full time administrative role. The Sugarloaf Lift Administrator assists department managers in keeping their respective departments running efficiently and up to code. Primary duties include but are not limited to: purchasing, inventory management, maintaining department tracking spreadsheets and vendor lists, creating and updating department content, and handling most administrative duties for the resort's Lift Maintenance, Lift Operations, Parking and Transportation, and Electrical departments.
Sugarloaf is looking for a dependable and safety oriented individual with good time management skills and attention to detail to become a key part of our team as our resort's Master Electrician. The role of a resort Master Electrician is to install, upkeep, troubleshoot, and coordinate all electrical equipment and electrical operations relating to the operation of the resort. They are primarily responsible for all mountain electrical needs and will assist in lift maintenance needs.

Sugarloaf is seeking to hire a full time year round Lift Maintenance Technician to join our team. We are seeking detail-oriented, physically fit candidates who are willing to work outside in all types of weather conditions, day or night, for this role. Lift Maintenance Technicians install, maintain, repair and troubleshoot lift equipment as well as assist lift operations with the start up and shut down of the lifts daily. They also read diagrams and manufacturers’ manuals, fit bearings, rebuild sheave trains, service grips and perform other mechanical procedures requiring specialized training. Candidates must be able to work at great heights.
