Sugaloaf Real Estate agency is seeking a part-time administrative assistant to assist the agents 2-3 days a week. Candidates need to be self-motivated with experience in an office environment. The ideal person for this role will possess the ability to multi-task, be able to organize and prioritize workload, and will also be able to learn and adhere to Boyne and Mountainside Real Estate policies and procedures. Applicant needs to be proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel, Power Point and Word. Knowledge of Indesign CS6, Photoshop and Microsoft Access are a plus!
Sugarloaf is seeking personable and friendly people to work as seasonal agents in our reservations call center for this upcoming winter season. A Sugarloaf Call Center Reservations Agent plays a key role in helping guests plan their Sugarloaf vacations. A Reservations Agent is expected to manage a high volume of telephone calls to assist guests in making their lodging reservations, selecting resort packages and lift ticket options, and also to be able to respond to guest queries regarding a wide variety of additional resort offerings. Sugarloaf Mountain Corporation/Carrabassett Valley Police Department is accepting applications for the position of full-time Police Officer. Our Police Officers patrol a rural area which also includes the Sugarloaf Ski Resort which is known as the “largest ski resort, east of the Rockies”. Duties include patrol, traffic enforcement, motor vehicle crash investigations and criminal investigations as well as responding to alarms and overall security for Sugarloaf Mountain Ski Resort. This is a small resort town, which can swell to roughly 10,000 people in the winter with numerous bars and music venues.
Applicants must be a high school graduate and possess a valid driver’s license with a good driving history and no criminal record. Individuals with military experience, an Associates Degree or greater, or certified Maine Criminal Justice Academy graduates with current police certification are encouraged to forward a resume.
If you have completed the Maine Criminal Justice Academy physical agility test and/or Phase 1 of their training program, please submit this information with your resume.
Candidates will be required to successfully pass a background check, written, oral and physical agility tests as well as medical, psychological, and polygraph examination.
